Personnel

In the security branch the quality of the personnel is the deciding factor. For this reason we put a great deal of importance into the choice of our employees and therefore carry out a consequent selection process. Potential employees will be examined in depth and every appointment will be approved by the entire board of directors.

Our personnel are mainly composed of Swiss military officers who are members of the KSK unit. These are individuals who are used to bringing high levels of performance under high levels of physical and psychological stress. In addition our employees are able to communicate without difficulty in at least 3 languages (German and English as well as a third language) and have a high level of vocational training.

A stylish appearance – also vis-à-vis a high class clientele – is self-evident for us.
